Enjoy!

PS I have a special treat for you a little latter. I will give you a hint...
It is very famous and the biggest in the world.

Geese, Buffalo and other items.

Hi folks,
it has been sometime since I last posted so here we go.
Took the in-laws over to West Yellowstone and up to Mammoth Hot Springs where they and I saw and photographed many pretty and awesome things.
Big animals, little animals,  thermal pools blasting geysers galore.
It will all be played out in the next few days as I scale down my video of Old Faithful and the ride from Mammoth To Livingston; The one that I take four days a week.
So with out further adieu...

  •                Wild Geese along the Madison River in Yellowstone NP

A mini stream of hot water from the Grand prismatic area running into a small river.

White Dome Geyser

My wife took this one while I shot video of the White Dome Geyser erupting.
Grand prismatic area pool (not the Grand one!)
Small geyser blowing off some water!

That's all for now folks as I got to edit more....
See ya tomorrow.

More Weather, homesteads and assorted things

These next few shots are of an old house off Indian Creek Rd outside of Clyde Park, Montana. Those are the Crazy Mountains in the background.

Does anyone know what these ducks are called?
About the Crazy Mountains I plan on getting up in there seeing as there is about 64 alpine lakes untapped by the fingers of many men....

This next group of shots is of a storm I endured one night about Gardiner, MT just across from Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone.
This rock is where I park my truck at night to sleep. A great lonely place that is
very quiet with only wind, rain and my snoring to listen to.

Wild Flowers of Sluice Trailhead in the Beartooth National Forest

Ok Folks, me and the little Mrs. went for a short hike and found this field of wildflowers. My hope is that Lidice (my wife) will find the proper flower names in the book I have and I can label these soon.
In the meanwhile, if you know what they are please feel free to write and tell me on the comment sections here.
