The Springtime Commute Through Yellowstone National Park

Hi folks, the blog Today will highlight my commute through the Yellowstone National Park from Mammoth Hot Springs to the Northeast Entrance. This area near Cook City, I like to call the end of the world as the road ends here. I view many wonderful things on this daily ride and although some of the animals are quite a bit far off, I think you will get the drift of my attempt at illustrating what I see.
The way to work started out sort of bleak but in no time at all I was rewarded with a parade of buffalo

This beast was near Dome Geyser and made the young bulls look pretty wimpy by comparison

The Yellowstone River

This buffalo carcass seen from a distance had a coyote perviously eating on it the first time I went by.

Then a wolf was there on my return trip

Some male buffalos were very frisky this day and many of them were battling it out.
